Writing this book has been a heartfelt journey, inspired by my experiences as a preschool teacher with Head Start and teaching elementary in public schools. I've always been passionate about helping young children understand and communicate their emotions. As a child, I struggled to grasp my feelings and how to self-regulate, which is why I’m so committed to providing tools for kids to navigate their emotions effectively. Positive Kids Adventure is designed to teach children about energy levels, self-regulation, and the importance of positivity in a fun and engaging way.
